清热解毒汤联合火针治疗湿热蕴结型痤疮的临床研究

Clinical study on the combination of Qingre Jiedu Tang and Huozhen in the treatment of damp heat accumulation type acne

目的探究湿热蕴结型痤疮治疗中联合应用清热解毒汤、火针的价值。方法研究样本共计60例,均为天津市中医药研究院附属医院2022年1月-2023年12月期间收治的湿热蕴结型痤疮病例,分组方案基于治疗自愿原则将其分为对照组和研究组各30例,对照组予以西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以清热解毒汤+火针治疗,比较两组临床疗效、皮损评分、皮肤屏障功能及复发率。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,皮肤出油、皮损程度、颜色、数量、肿痛评分低于对照组,皮肤粘脱蛋白质含量、经皮水分丢失量低于对照组,角质层含水量高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论湿热蕴结型痤疮治疗中,联合应用清热解毒汤、火针的价值符合研究预期,能够使患者症状得到显著改善,增强皮肤屏障功能,降低复发率,提升临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the value of combining Qingre Jiedu Tang and Huozhen in the treatment of damp heat accumulation type acne.Methods A total of 60 study samples were selected from patients with damp heat accumulation type acne who were admitted to our hospital for treatment from January 2022 to December 2023.The grouping plan was based on the principle of voluntary treatment,and they were divided into a control group and a study group,each with 30 cases.The control group received Western medicine treatment,while the study group received Qingre Jiedu Tang+fire needle treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,skin lesion score,skin barrier function,and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with lower skin oil production,degree of skin lesions,color,quantity,swelling and pain scores,lower skin adhesive protein content,transdermal water loss,higher stratum corneum water content,and lower recurrence rate than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of damp heat accumulation type acne,the combined use of Qingre Jiedu Tang and Huozhen is in line with research expectations,which can significantly improve patient symptoms,enhance skin barrier function,reduce recurrence rate,and enhance clinical treatment effectiveness.
