摘要
人工智能技术在社会劳动中的广泛应用,引发了劳动形态、劳动要素、劳动过程等方面的全面变革,推动了人类生产方式的智慧升级。在人工智能时代,智能技术与劳动教育深度融合,为劳动教育内容的时代转向、教育空间的数字转型和教育价值的有效输出提供了新动能,但同时也引发了教育对象的认知偏差、知行分离和价值异化等现实问题。因此,人工智能时代的劳动教育既要主动顺应智能时代劳动变革的新特征,又要充分体现劳动教育的价值回归,有效发挥人工智能技术在劳动教育智能化转型中的引擎作用,从价值引领、资源整合、模式转型三方面积极推动劳动教育的创新调整和改革升级。
The extensive application of artificial intelligence in social labor has triggered comprehensive changes in forms,elements,and processes of labor,and promoted the intelligent upgrading of human production methods.In the era of artificial intelligence,the profound integration of intelligent technology and labor education provides new force for the transformation of labor education content,the digitization of education space and the effective output of education value,but at the same time,it also causes practical problems such as cognitive bias,separation of knowledge and practice,and value alienation of the education objects.Therefore,labor education in the era of artificial intelligence should not only actively adapt to the new characteristics of labor reform in the era of artificial intelligence,but also fully reflect the value-orientation of labor education.To give full play of the engine role of artificial intelligence technology in the intelligent transformation of labor education,we should actively promote the innovation,adjustment,reform and upgrading of labor education from three aspects:value leadership,resource integration,and mode transformation.
