中国式现代化视域下高校培养新时代好青年的三重向度

Triple Dimensions of Cultivating Good Youth in the New Era in Universities from the Perspective of Chinese Modernization

新时代好青年是国家和民族发展的未来,是以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的主力军,是实现第二个百年奋斗目标的骨干和栋梁。从价值向度看,高校培养新时代好青年是推进中国式现代化的重要保障,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的必然选择,同时也是实现人的现代化的关键举措。从目标向度看,高校应以培养“有理想、敢担当、能吃苦、肯奋斗”的新时代好青年作为目标要求。从实践向度看,高校需要突出政治引领,坚定新时代好青年的人生信仰;强化思想淬炼,培养新时代好青年的家国情怀;增强综合素质,提升新时代好青年的斗争本领。

Good youth in the new era are the future of the development of China and the Chinese nation.They are the main forces to advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization and the backbones and pillars to achieve the Second Centenary Goals.From the perspective of value,cultivating good youth in the new era in universities is an important guarantee for advancing Chinese modernization,an inevitable choice for achieving the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.And it is also a key measure to achieve human modernization.From the perspective of goal,universities should aim at cultivating good youth in the new era who are“having ideals,being brave to take responsibility,being able to endure hardship and willing to struggle”.From the perspective of practice,universities need to strengthen the life belief of good youth in the new era by highlighting political guidance,cultivate the feelings of home and country of good youth in the new era by strengthening ideological refinement,and improve the ability for struggle of good youth in the new era by enhancing their comprehensive quality.
