摘要
膨胀纹和瘢痕的发病机制类似,均涉及损伤后真皮层及皮下组织的异常修复,引发胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的降解与合成紊乱。微针疗法又称经皮胶原蛋白诱导疗法,是利用微细针状器械刺激皮肤软组织,可诱导细胞外基质的新生与重排。近年来,微针疗法被广泛应用于膨胀纹和各类瘢痕(尤其是痤疮瘢痕)的治疗,疗效显著,且具有痛感轻、损伤小、恢复快、易于操作等临床应用优势,常联合药物导入或光电治疗等以增强治疗效果。
The pathogenesis of striae distensae is similar to that of atrophic scars,involving the abnormal repair of dermis and subcutaneous tissue after injury,which leads to the abnormal degradation and synthesis of elastin and collagen fibers.Microneedling(MN),also known as percutaneous collagen induction therapy,uses microneedle instruments to stimulate skin and soft tissue,inducing the regeneration and rearrangement of extracelllular matrix.In recent years,microneedling has been widely used in the treatment of striae distensae and scars(especially acne scars),with advantages such as minimal pain,minor tissue damage,rapid recovery and simple procedure.Its curative effect is remarkable,often being combined with drugs or other techniques to enhance the therapeutic effect.
