近年来,选拔优秀大学生参军成为高校的一大重要任务。高校既要在学生参军前进行有效宣传以及职业指导,也要在其退役后及时进行职业生涯规划,建立起有效的成才咨询机制。对于应用型本科院校而言,应积极与部队及地方政府相关部门沟通,有针对性地对每一位退役大学生进行职业指导,妥善为其规划职业生涯,以实现“人尽其才”“才尽其用”,才能真正发挥大学生在军队现代化建设、地方经济建设中的重要作用。

In recent years,selecting outstanding college students to join the military has become a major task for universities.Colleges and universities should not only carry out effective publicity and career guidance before students join the army,but also make timely career planning after their retirement to establish an effective talent consultation mechanism.For applied undergraduate colleges and universities,actively communicating with relevant departments of the military and local governments,providing targeted career guidance to every student veteran,and properly planning their career,in order to achieve the goal of“making the best use of talents”and“fully utilizing talents”,can truly play the important role of college students in the modernization of the military and local economic construction.
