循证护理干预措施对预防胃肠减压患者非计划性拔管的效果分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Evidence-based Nursing Interventions in Preventing Unplanned Extubation in Patients with Gastrointestinal Decompression

目的研究分析循证护理干预措施用于预防胃肠减压患者非计划性拔管中的效果。方法选择2023年1月至2023年12月在我院行持续胃肠减压的102例患者作为研究对象,随机分成参照组和研究组,每组各51例,研究组实施循证护理干预,参照组进行常规护理干预,研究对比两组患者UEX发生率,评估患者的护理满意度并分析。结果研究组UEX发生率显著低于参照组,且护理满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预措施用于行胃肠减压患者具有良好的临床效果,不仅有效降低了非计划性拔管的发生,且提高了患者的护理满意度。

Objective To study and analyze the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing interventions in preventing unplanned extubation in patients with gastrointestinal decompression.Methods 102 patients with continuous gastrointestinal decompression who were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 51 cases in each group.The observation group received evidence-based nursing intervention,while the control group received routine nursing intervention.The incidence of UEX in the two groups was compared and the nursing satisfaction of patients with continuous gastrointestinal decompression was evaluated and analyzed.Results The incidence of UEX in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing interventions have good clinical effects on patients undergoing gastrointestinal decompression,not only effectively reducing the occurrence of unplanned extubation,but also improving patient nursing satisfaction.
