中医住院医师规范化培训中的课程思政体系构建——以南京市中医院规培基地为例

Construction of the Course Ideological and Political System in the Standardized Training of Traditional Chinese Medicine Resident Physicians——A Case Study of the Training Base of Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。“新医科”概念的提出对中医药人才培养提出了更高的要求与挑战。南京市中医院作为国家级中医住院医师规范化培训基地、构建了院校融合形势下的课程思政体系。文章以南京市中医院为例,详细阐述了在实施中医住院医师规范化培训教学过程中的思政目标、理论教学及临床教学中各个环节的课程思政设计以及规培导师制度中的思政元素构建。

Ideological and political education is a crucial course for fulfilling the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people.The concept of“new medical science”has raised higher requirements and challenges for the training of traditional Chinese medicine talents.As a national standardized training base for traditional Chinese medicine resident physicians,Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has developed a system of ideological and political education in the curriculum under the integration of hospitals and schools.This article takes Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example to elaborate in detail on the ideological and political goals of implementing standardized training for traditional Chinese medicine resident physicians,the ideological and political design in various links of theoretical and clinical teaching,and the construction of ideological and political elements in the standardized training tutor system.
