尼龙织物夹层橡胶支座竖向力学性能研究

摘要 为了提高村镇建筑的减隔震水平,设计制作了一种低成本、低刚度、高阻尼比的尼龙织物夹层橡胶支座,对其原材料进行了力学性能试验,并对这种新型支座开展了竖向循环压缩试验。试验结果表明,橡胶的断裂伸长率在600%左右,在橡胶中加入尼龙织物可大幅增加橡胶的初始拉伸刚度;尼龙织物夹层橡胶支座的竖向刚度相对于叠层钢板橡胶支座明显较小,其竖向刚度与压应力呈正相关,等效阻尼比与压应力呈负相关,且等效阻尼比均在6%以上,具有较强的耗能能力;竖向刚度与支座中尼龙织物层数和橡胶层总厚度均呈负相关,但两者对等效阻尼比的影响不大,且采用尼龙织物1680D的支座具有更出色的力学性能。最后,在传统橡胶支座刚度计算公式中引入修正系数对其进行了修正,并基于试验结果验证了预测值的准确性。 In order to improve the seismic isolation level of buildings in villages and towns,a kind of nylon fabric laminated rubber bearing with low cost,low stiffness and high damping ratio was designed and made.The material mechanical properties were tested,and the vertical cyclic compression test was carried out.The test results show that the elongation at tensile break of rubber is about 600%.That adding nylon fabric to rubber can greatly increase the initial tensile stiffness of rubber;The vertical stiffness of nylon fabric laminated rubber bearing is obviously smaller than that of laminated steel plate rubber bearing,positively correlated with the compressive stress.The equivalent damping ratio of above 6% is negatively correlated with the compressive stress,which has strong energy dissipation capacity;At the same time,the vertical stiffness is negatively correlated with the number of nylon fabric layers and the total thickness of rubber layer,but both of them have little effect on the equivalent damping ratio.The bearing with nylon fabric 1680D has better mechanical properties.Finally,a correction factor is introduced into the stiffness calculation formula of the traditional laminated steel rubber bearing.And the accuracy of the predicted value is verified by the test results.
