摘要
针对传统皮带机数据采集系统存在的电缆敷设量大、改造过程复杂、占用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)点位多、经济性不高,以及大量电缆导致设备电气控制回路复杂、故障点众多等问题,文章提出了一种基于Modbus-RTU协议的皮带机数据采集系统。该系统深度融合了电气自动化控制技术,实现了对皮带机关键安全与生产监控参数的全面采集,包括拉绳开关状态、跑偏开关状态、温度振动检测数据、速度监测值、堵料检测信号及撕裂检测装置信息等。实验与应用结果显示,该系统不仅结构设计紧凑,大幅减少了电缆敷设量,简化了施工流程与调试步骤,还具备友好的用户界面,便于日常监控与维护。
In response to the problems of large cable laying,complex transformation process,occupying multiple programmable logic controller points,not cost-effective,as well as complex electrical control circuit and numerous fault points in traditional belt conveyor data acquisition systems,this paper proposes a new system based on Modbus-RTU protocol.This system integrates electrical automation control to achieve comprehensive collection of key monitoring parameters,including rope switch status,deviation switch status,temperature vibration data,speed values,blockage signals,and tear detection device.The experimental results show that the system not only has a compact structure,significantly reduces the amount of cable laying,simplifies the construction process and debugging steps,but also has a friendly user interface,which is convenient for daily monitoring and maintenance.
