高温好氧密闭仓式发酵技术在市政污泥资源化利用中的应用

摘要 市政污泥作为城市污水处理的副产物,含有重金属、病原微生物等有害物质,若处理不当,极易对环境造成二次污染。因此,市政污泥处理与资源化利用已成为环保领域的重要议题。高温好氧密闭仓式发酵技术通过精准控制发酵环境,促使污泥在高温、好氧条件下加速分解,不但能够实现有害物质的减量化,还可推动有机物的稳定化与无害化。此项技术借助密闭仓式系统,对氧气供应与温度控制进行优化,进而提高发酵效率、降低环境污染。文章系统地分析了高温好氧密闭仓式发酵技术在不同污泥资源化利用中的具体途径,并从环境与经济两个角度对该技术的应用效益进行了评估。 As a byproduct of urban sewage treatment,sludge contains harmful substances such as heavy metals and pathogenic microorganisms,which can cause secondary pollution to the environment If not treated properly.Therefore,sludge treatment and utilization have become important issues in environmental protection.The fermentation technology accelerate the decomposition of sludge under high-temperature and aerobic conditions,which not only reduces harmful substances but also stabilizes organic matter and make it harmless.Furthermore,this technology utilizes a closed chamber to optimize oxygen supply and temperature,thereby enhancing fermentation efficiency and reducing environmental pollution.To this end,the article elaborates on the application of the fermentation technology in the utilization of sludge,and evaluates its benefits from both environmental and economic perspectives.
