摘要
数智技术作为信息时代的新动能和新引擎,其知识互联、信息共享等特点能够为课程改革提供强有力的技术支持。文章借鉴TOE理论框架,从技术、组织和环境三个维度阐释了数智技术的赋能逻辑,包括技术赋能的数智引领、组织适应的内部整合以及环境生态的互动共融。翻译课程的数智化改革是整体性、合作性、互动性集成的探索过程,但与此同时,也面临着技术适配性错位、组织适应性滞后以及课程生态失衡等挑战。对此,文章提出应遵循技术融合与课程创新、组织适应与体系重构、生态共融与制度保障等多维协同发展路径。
Digital intelligence technology,as a new driving force and engine of the information age,can provide powerful technical support for curriculum reform with its characteristics of knowledge interconnection and information sharing.This article applies the TOE theoretical framework to illustrate the empowering logic of digital intelligence technology from three dimensions:technology,organization and environment,which includes the guidance of digital intelligence technology,internal integration of organization,and interactive ecology of curriculum.The digital transformation of the translation curriculum is a comprehensive,collaborative,and interactive endeavor,facing challenges such as technological misalignment,organizational lag in adaptation,and imbalance in the curriculum ecology.To address the challenges within this process,a multi-dimensional and collaborative path should be followed which includes technology integration and curriculum innovation,organizational adaptation and system restructuring,and ecological convergence with institutional safeguards.
