摘要
传统村落是乡村地区农耕文化的传承载体和具象符号,传统村落风貌保护是推进乡村振兴战略的关键因素和重要抓手。乡村振兴视域下民族地区传统村落风貌保护受到诸多因素的驱动,各因素体现民族地区传统村落风貌保护的外部推力、内部拉力、支持辅助、中介力量,依据系统动力学理论可将其划分为推力、拉力、支持、中介四个子系统,各子系统之间相互作用,彼此影响,共同构成乡村振兴视域下民族地区传统村落风貌保护的驱动机制。据此,从筑牢政策根基,加强村落风貌保护顶层设计;坚持以民为本,增强村民认同感与归属感;挖掘核心价值,创新村落风貌保护利用方式等方面提出优化路径,以期为深入推进民族地区美丽宜居示范村创建、传统村落风貌保护提升等工作提供参考借鉴。
Traditional villages serve as the carriers of cultural heritage and symbolic representations of agricultural traditions in rural areas.The protection of traditional village landscapes plays a crucial role in promoting the strategy of rural revitalization.From the perspective of rural revitalization,the preservation of traditional village landscapes in ethnic regions is driven by various factors,reflecting external impetus,internal attraction,support,and intermediary power.These factors can be categorized into four subsystems based on system dynamics theory:impetus,attraction,support,and intermediary.These subsystems interact with each other and mutually influence one another to form a comprehensive framework for protecting traditional village landscapes in ethnic regions under the lens of rural revitalization.The interactions among these subsystems constitute the driving mechanism behind such protection efforts.Consequently,an optimization path is proposed that includes establishing a solid policy foundation and strengthening top-level design for village landscape preservation;prioritizing a people-oriented approach to enhance villagers'sense of identity and belonging;exploring core values while innovating methods for preserving and utilizing village landscapes.This proposal aims to provide references and lessons for effectively promoting the creation of beautiful and livable demonstration villages in ethnic areas while enhancing the conservation efforts surrounding traditional village landscapes.
