摘要
大教育格局下的教师专业学习共同体是一种以主体性、共享性、平等性为特征的学习型组织,可促进教师在协作共享中成为能动的学习主体,提升其职业生命力,有利于学校的可持续发展和学生的全面发展。当前教师专业学习共同体的发展面临意识、管理、技术和组织四重困境,院校需要营造开放包容和谐的氛围,构建共同领导的管理制度,利用网络技术创新建设模式,拓宽协同空间,顺应教育大环境,促进教师的专业发展。
The teachers'professional learning community in the context of the big education is a learning organization characterized by subjectivity,sharing,and equality.It can encourage teachers to become active learners through collaboration and sharing,so as to enhance their professional vitality and contribute to the sustainable development of colleges and comprehensive development of the students.The current development of such community is facing challenges from four factors of awareness,management,technology,and organization.Colleges can promote the professional development of teachers by creating an open,inclusive,and harmonious atmosphere,establishing a management system of common leadership,using network technology to innovate construction models,broadening collaborative space,adapting to the overall educational environment.
