正确认识和处理我国党政关系对于坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度,推进我国国家治理体系和治理能力现代化意义重大。新时代我国党政关系集中表现为“党政统一”,即坚持以党的全面领导为统领,党政之间在机构设置、职能配置等方面既适当分工又相互统一协调,以更高效能共同服务于最广大人民群众的根本利益。从理论逻辑来看,“党政统一”是我国党政性质相统一、党政宗旨相统一、党政目标相统一的必然要求;从历史逻辑来看,“党政统一”是从我们党百余年历史发展过程中处理党政关系的经验和教训中得出的正确结论;从实践逻辑来看,“党政统一”是被新时代治国理政有效实践所证明的科学方案。
