摘要
该研究基于长三角地区1258名高中生的数据样本,采用结构方程模型分析网络欺凌对高中生负面情绪与学业倦怠的影响,以及体育锻炼投入在其中的调节中介效应。结果表明,网络欺凌正向影响高中生负面情绪、学业倦怠中的情绪衰竭与去个性化维度,负向影响学习效能维度;负面情绪对高中生学业倦怠中的情绪衰竭和去个性化维度具有正向影响,对学习效能维度具有负向影响,且负面情绪越高,高中生学业倦怠的影响越严重;体育锻炼投入能够对网络欺凌影响高中生负面情绪与学业倦怠的路径进行调节,减轻网络欺凌对高中生负面情绪与学业倦怠的影响。为了降低受网络欺凌高中生的负面情绪并促进其学业进程,该研究提出反网络欺凌教育、鼓励高中生体育锻炼、培养体育锻炼习惯的建议。
Based on a sample of 1,258 high school students in the Yangtze River Delta region,this study uses a structural equation model to analyze the impact of cyberbullying on high school students’negative emotions and academic burnout,and the moderated mediating effect of physical exercise involvement.The results show that cyberbullying positively affects students’nega⁃tive emotions,and their emotional exhaustion and deindividuation dimensions of academic burnout,and negatively affects learn⁃ing efficacy;negative emotions also positively affects students’emotional exhaustion and deindividuation dimensions,and and negatively affect learning efficacy.with higher negative emotions leading to more severe academic burnout in students;physical exercise involvement can moderate and lessen the impact of cyberbullying on students’negative emotions and academic burnout.To reduce students’negative emotions because of cyberbullying and promote their academic progress,this study suggests anti-cyberbullying education,encouraging physical exercise involvement,and developing physical exercise habits.
