患者照顾者对ICU过渡期护理体验和需求质性研究的Meta整合

The experience and need of patient caregivers during ICU transitional period:a qualitative Meta synthesis research

目的系统性的评价患者照顾者对ICU过渡期护理体验和需求的质性研究,以期制订有效的ICU过渡期护理干预策略,从而改善ICU过渡期护理质量及服务体验。方法检索The Cochrane Library、CINAHL、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库,纳入关于患者照顾者对ICU过渡期护理体验和需求的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年5月31日,在进行文献质量评价后,应用汇集性整合方法进行Meta整合,对研究结果进行比较、分析、归纳、诠释和综合。结果共纳入10篇文献,提炼出34个研究结果,归纳形成10个类别,综合成为3个整合结果,分别为负性情感体验、支持性照护需求、正性情感体验。结论患者照顾者在ICU过渡期中扮演重要角色,直接影响患者预后。因此,医护人员需重视照顾者的负性心理感受,多方位满足照顾者的需求,鼓励照顾者正性心理成长。

Objective To systematically evaluate the qualitative research on patient caregivers'experience and need during ICU transitions,to develop effective intervention strategies to improve the quality and service experience of ICU transition care.Methods Databases such as The Cochrane Library,CINAHL,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,CMB,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched for articles on qualitative research regarding patient caregivers'experience and need for ICU transitional care.The search period was from database establishment to May 31,2023.After the literature quality evaluation,Meta-integration was applied to compare,analyze,summarize,interpret,and synthesize the study results using pooled integration methods.Results A total of 10 literatures,and 34 results were extracted and summarized into 10 new categories,which were then synthesized 3 integration results:negative emotional experiences,supportive care needs,positive emotional experiences.Conclusion Patient caregivers play an important role in the ICU transition and directly influence patient prognosis.Healthcare professionals need to pay attention to the negative psychological feelings of the caregivers,meet the needs of the caregivers in various aspects,and encourage the positive psychological growth of the caregivers.
