摘要
目的 探讨知觉压力在急诊护士职业认同与创新行为间的中介效应。方法 采用一般资料问卷、护士职业认同量表、知觉压力量表、护士创新行为量表对北京市、沈阳市、上海市3所三级甲等综合医院的202名急诊护士进行问卷调查。结果 急诊护士职业认同、知觉压力和创新行为得分分别为(81.75±15.99)分、(38.83±6.90)分和(33.39±9.18)分。急诊护士职业认同与知觉压力呈负相关(r=-0.485,P<0.01),与创新行为呈正相关(r=0.537,P<0.01);知觉压力与创新行为呈负相关(r=-0.319,P<0.01)。知觉压力在急诊护士职业认同与创新行为间发挥中介效应,占总效应的30.61%。结论 急诊护士职业认同处于中等水平,知觉压力较大,创新行为处于中等偏高水平,知觉压力在职业认同与创新行为间发挥中介效应。建议护理管理者采取降低知觉压力的相关干预,提高护士职业认同,进而激发护士创新行为。
Objective To explore the mediating effect of perceived stress between professional identity and innovative behavior in emergency nurses.Methods A total of 202 emergency nurses from three tertiary A hospitals in Beijing,Shenyang and Shanghai were surveyed using the general data questionnaire,Nurse's Career Identity Scale,Perceived Stress Scale and Nurse Innovative Behavior Scale.Results The total scores of professional identity,perceived stress and innovative behavior were(81.75±15.99),(38.83±6.90)and(33.39±9.18),respectively.Professional identity showed a significantly negative correlation with perceived stress(r=-0.485,P<0.01)and a positive correlation with innovative behavior(r=0.537,P<0.01),and perceived stress was negatively correlated with innovative behavior(r=-0.319,P<0.01).Perceived stress partially mediated between professional identity and innovative behavior,accounting for 30.61%of the variance.Conclusion Emergency nurses possess a moderate level of professional identity,face considerable perceived stress,and exhibit a medium high level of innovative behavior.Perceived stress plays a mediating effect between professional identity and innovative behavior.It is suggested that nursing managers should take related interventions to reduce perceptual pressure,improve nurses'professional identity,and then stimulate innovative behaviors.
