摘要
农村分散式污水缺少规则的视觉特征,导致以人工为主的定位误差大、人为因素强。展开针对农村分散式污水处理中的智能视觉定位方法研究。通过摄像设备采集分散式污水处理排放口机器视觉图像,将彩色图像转换为灰度图像,采用Canny算法检测图像边缘,并且通过尺度不变特征变换提取污水处理视觉图像特征,计算特征相似度、匹配特征,结合机器视觉算法计算污水排放口的精确位置坐标,实现分散式污水定位。实验结果表明,应用此方法可以准确检测图像边缘,并且6个不同类型的农村分散式污水排放口的定位平均误差最大不超过2 cm,定位结果与实际位置之间的误差较小,实现了污水排放口位置准确定位。
Rural distributed sewage lacks regular visual features,resulting in large artificial positioning error and strong human factors.The research on intelligent visual positioning method for rural distributed sewage treatment is developed.The method by camera equipment acquisition machine visual images of distributed sewage treatment outlet,the color image into gray image,using Canny algorithm to detect the image edge,and through the scale invariant feature transformation extraction sewage treatment visual image features,calculation feature similarity,matching characteristics,combined with the machine vision algorithm,calculate sewage outlet precise coordinates,distributed sewage positioning.The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately detect the image edge,and the average positioning error of 6 different types of rural distributed sewage discharge outlets is not more than 2 cm,and the error between the positioning results and the actual position is small,realizing the accurate positioning of the sewage discharge outlet.
