摘要
针对工业控制系统中上位机硬盘损坏所带来的数据丢失和系统控制失效问题,设计了一种硬盘隔离修复装置。在该装置中上位机通过USB3.0芯片发送读取请求,根据请求类型分别将请求发送至扩展SATA芯片或主控芯片,最终请求硬盘数据。该隔离修复装置能有效防止系统加载损坏硬盘的启动代码,提高数据恢复速度和稳定性,并支持多种硬盘读写方式和电源监控功能。对于保障工业控制系统的正常运行和提高企业生产效率具有重要意义。
In response to the issues of data loss and system control failure caused by upper computer hard disk damage in industrial control systems,this paper designs a hard disk isolation repair device.In this device,the upper computer sends read requests through the USB3.0 chip,and based on the request type,forwards the request to the extended SATA chip or the main control chip,ultimately retrieving hard disk data.This isolation repair device effectively prevents the system from loading the damaged hard disk’s startup code,improving data recovery speed and stability.The designed device supports multiple hard disk read/write methods and power monitoring functions.This is of significant importance for ensuring the normal operation of industrial control systems and enhancing enterprise production efficiency.
