高强再生纤维素纤维及其织物基摩擦纳米发电机的构筑

摘要 采用磷酸水溶液低温溶解木浆制备纺丝液,然后通过湿法纺丝得到性能优异的再生纤维素纤维,讨论了拉伸条件以及针孔直径对纤维机械性能的影响。对所得再生纤维素长丝进行加捻,并采用改进的原位聚合法将再生纤维素纤维制成高性能的导电纱线,作为经纱与尼龙(纬纱)复合,制备具有摩擦电效果的智能纺织品。所得再生纤维素纤维的强力高达(401.6±9.7)MPa,可进行加捻而不断裂。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察到再生纤维素纤维上吡咯涂层的生成,复合导电纱线可以点亮LED。将其与尼龙编织后构筑织物基摩擦纳米发电机,所得电压平均可达200 V,电流可达10μA。 Wood pulp is dissolved in phosphoric acid aqueous solution to prepare spinning solution,the highperformance regenerated cellulose fiber(RCF)is obtained through wet spinning.The RCF are twisted,and in-situ coated with polypyrrole to obtain high-performance conductive yarns(warp),which are woven with nylon yarns(weft)to prepare the fabric-based triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG).The tensile strength of the RCF is as high as(401.6±9.7)MPa,which can be easily twisted without cracking.The in-situ deposition of polypyr⁃role coating on the yarns is monitored by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The prepared conductive yarn can light up a LED lamp.The fabric-based TENG thus constructed generates average current of 10μA and av⁃erage voltage of 200 V.
