摘要
数字技术工程技术人员职称评价制度在推动数字技术人才队伍建设中发挥着重要的指挥棒作用。在各地增设数字类职称专业的实践探索中,大数据作为基础领域,是先行先试的重点。文章以大数据工程技术人员职称评价制度建设情况为例,构建了职称专业设置基础的理论分析模型,基于该模型对大数据工程技术人员职称专业设置基础进行了梳理分析,并在总结已经开展相关职称评价工作的地方实践特点的基础上,提出了未来推进数字技术工程技术人员职称评价体系建设的对策建议。
The professional title evaluation system for digital technology engineering technicians plays an important guiding role in promoting the construction of the digital technology talent team.In the practical exploration of adding digital professional titles in various regions,big data,as a fundamentalfield,is the key focus of experimentation.This paper takes the construction of the professional title evaluation system for big data engineering technology talents as an example,constructs a theoretical analysis model for the basis of professional title setting,sorts out and analyzes the basis of professional title setting for big data engineering technology talents based on this model,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the construction of the professional title evaluation system for digital technology engineering technicians in future.
