提高核电设备质量竣工资料管理水平的方法研究

摘要 介绍了质量竣工资料重要性和六大特点。由于影响因素较多,为了加强对竣工资料质量管理,通过数据统计分析和饼形图确定质量计划、质量传递卡、材料资料、焊接资料、无损检验资料等五个方面审核是影响产品竣工资料质量可靠性的根本原因,并对这五方面审查内容和要点进行阐述,有效地保证了设备制造过程中质量的可追溯性,保证竣工资料的有效性、完整性、准确性、系统性和安全性,缩短了质量竣工资料审核周期,保证产品质量竣工资料可靠性,以保证高标准地交付用户,为核电设备后续安装、使用、维修奠定了良好基础。 In order to improve the reliability of completion data,the importance and characteristics of completion data are introduced.Due to many influencing factors,determining the cause through fishbone diagram analysis and reviewing the three aspects of material data,welding data,and non-destructive testing data through data statistical analysis and pie charts is the fundamental reason for affecting the reliability of product completion data.The difficulties and key points of the review are elaborated,effectively ensuring the traceability of key process quality in the equipment manufacturing process,and also ensuring the completeness and accuracy of completion data systematically,it shortens the data review cycle,ensures high-quality and reliable delivery of product completion data to users,and lays a good foundation for subsequent installation and use of nuclear power equipment.
