Health Degree Innovation Management of Modern Industry Chain Construction

面对全球产业链、供应链新形势、新挑战,党中央、国务院做出了维护和提升产业链、供应链安全稳定的系列决策部署。产业链、供应链现代化建设宏伟画卷正徐徐展开,旨在促进供应链“补链、强链、固链、稳链”,更加聚焦产业链完整性、安全性、先进性。一些领军企业包括不少央企也开展了现代产业链链长建设先行探索,本文结合产业链供应链建设的一些实践,尤其是产业链链长工作机制相关课题的研究,促进产业链链长和各环节相关企业建设实施更有效更健康,提出了现代产业链建设健康度管理建议方案,为营造深入推进现代产业链建设的良好氛围提供借鉴意义。

In the face of the new situation and challenges of the global industry chain and supply chain,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have made a series of decisions and deployments to maintain and improve the security、stability of the industrial chain and supply chain.The grand picture of the modernization industry chain and supply chain is slowly unfolding,aiming at promoting the supply chain“reinforcing chain,strong chain,solid chain,stable chain”,focusing on the integrity,safety and advancement of the industry chain.Some leading enterprises,including many central enterprises,have also carried out the exploration of modern industry chain construction.This paper combines some practices of industry chain and supply chain construction,especially the research on the working mechanism of industry chain leader,putting forward health degree management proposals to creating a good atmosphere for the construction of modern industry chain,aiming at promoting the industry chain leader enterprise and related enterprises in all links much more effective and healthy.
