压水堆大修关键路径对标分析

摘要 我国核电CNP1000机组(百万千瓦、三环路)的大修关键路径标准计划工期是21.3天,实际常规大修工期为24~27天,美国压水堆优秀机组(百万千瓦、四环路)的大修关键路径基准计划工期是13.3天,实际常规大修工期是20天左右,两者之间存在较大差距。文章以CNP1000机组和美国同类型压水堆机组为例,基于大修里程碑窗口关键路径工作,分析两者存在的差异,指出了反应堆冷却剂系统降温速率、反应性控制、运行技术规范、监督试验窗口和检修项目数量等方面是以后优化的重点。 The duration of the outage critical path standard scheduling for CNP1000 unit(1000 MWe,three-loop)of China National Nuclear Power Corporation(CNNP)is 21.3 days,and the actual common outage duration is 24~27 days.The duration of the outage critical path standard scheduling for an excellent US PWR unit(1000 MWe,four-loop)is 13.3 days,and the actual common outage duration is about 20 days.There is a large gap between the two duration.Taking the CNP1000 unit and the US unit of the same type as an example,the article analyzes the differences between the two based on critical path work in the outage milestone window,and points out that the cooling rate of the reactor coolant system,reactivity control,operational technical specifications,supervision test window and the number of outage tasks are the focus of future optimization.
