摘要
2020年以来,新能源汽车市场进入了全新发展周期,全球主要大型矿业公司正在加大新能源汽车所需锂、钴、镍等矿产的布局。2021年以来,得益于行业良好发展态势,锂开始引领新能源矿产并购市场的爆发。本文主要从新能源汽车市场、大型矿业公司新能源转型、新能源矿产并购市场态势等方面,系统分析了当前新能源矿产并购市场的投资机遇与挑战,得出如下结论:一是2020年下半年以来全球新能源汽车销量取得了新突破,动力电池所需锂、钴、镍等新能源矿产市场前景乐观;二是大型矿企已经进入低碳化和高技术的全新发展期,锂、钴、镍等新能源矿产成为各大矿企竞争的全新赛道;三是新能源矿产市场大幅回暖,2021年以来,锂、镍并购市场十分活跃,但优质项目正在减少,建议优先考虑在产项目;四是新能源矿产并购市场进入全新机遇期,但也将面临市场炒作、竞争加剧、动力电池技术革新等挑战。
Since 2020,the new energy vehicle market has entered a new development cycle.Major global mining companies are increasing their layout of lithium,cobalt,nickel and other minerals needed for new energy vehicles.Since 2021,thanks to the good development trend of the industry,lithium has begun to lead the explosion of the new energy minerals M&A market.This paper mainly analyzes the current investment opportunities and challenges of the new energy mineral M&A market from the new energy vehicle market,the new energy transition of large mining companies,and the new energy investment and M&A market situation,and draws the following conclusions.First,since the second half of 2020,the global sales of new energy vehicles have achieved a phased breakthrough.The market prospects for new energy minerals required for power batteries such as lithium,cobalt,and nickel are optimistic.Second,large mining companies have entered a new stage of low-carbon and high-tech development.New energy minerals,such as lithium,cobalt,and nickel,have become a new competition track for major mining companies.Third,the new energy minerals market has rebounded significantly.Since 2021,the lithium and nickel M&A markets have taken the lead in rotation.However,the number of high-quality projects in the M&A market is decreasing,and it is suggested that priority should be given to projects in production.Fourth,the new energy minerals M&A market has entered a new period of opportunity,but it will also face challenges such as market speculation,increased competition,and technology innovation in power batteries.
