摘要
针对柱塞式往复泵易吸入大量空气而产生振动和噪声等故障,详细介绍了柱塞式往复泵出厂测试的具体方案。在分析柱塞式往复泵基本组成的基础上,制定出在性能试验、噪声试验以及振动试验方面的出厂测试方案,并以实例进行分析。结果表明:该方案对提高适应现场复杂工况能力,提高安全系数,为油田企业下一步盘活劳动用工,提高劳动生产效率,提升开发效果,降低维修费用等方面具有一定理论指导意义和实践价值。
Aiming at the failure of plunger type reciprocating pumps,which are prone to sucking in a large amount of air and generating vibration and noise,the specific program of the factory test of plunger type reciprocating pumps is introduced in detail.On the basis of analyzing the basic composition of piston reciprocating pumps,the factory test program in terms of performance test,noise test and vibration test is formulated and analyzed with examples.The results show that the program has certain theoretical guidance significance and practical value to improve the ability to adapt to the complex working conditions in the field,improve the safety coefficient,revitalize the labor force for the next step of the oilfield enterprises,improve the labor productivity,enhance the development effect,and reduce the maintenance cost.
