摘要
为解决当前带式输送机恒速运行控制所导致的设备能耗较大且效率较低的问题,先对带式输送机煤流量的实时准确监测方法进行研究,确定基于双目视觉系统为基础实现对煤流量的精准监测,基于BP神经网络算法对带式输送机的能效进行优化得出煤流量与最佳运速之间的关键,最后基于PLC控制器设计了带式输送机智能调速控制系统,并对其能效进行了验证,达到了预期的效果。
In order to solve the problem of large energy consumption and low efficiency of the equipment caused by the current constant speed operation control of belt conveyor,firstly,the real-time accurate monitoring method of coal flow of belt conveyor is studied,and it is determined that the accurate monitoring of coal flow is realized based on binocular vision system,and the key between coal flow and optimal speed is derived based on BP neural network algorithm for optimization of the energy efficiency of belt conveyor,and finally,the intelligent speed control of belt conveyor is designed based on PLC controller.The intelligent speed control system of belt conveyor is designed based on PLC controller,and its energy efficiency is verified,which achieves the expected effect.
