摘要
以CZG3200/16/30型干式充填液压支架为研究对象,结合充填液压支架工作流程,合理介绍一种充填液压支架总体结构设计方案。此设计方案中引入类比分析法、理论计算法等多种方法,并在设计后分别采用有限元仿真分析方法和顶梁加载试验方法对设计方案进行可行性分析,最终确认此总体结构设计可满足充填液压支架强度要求。
Taking CZG3200/16/30 dry filling hydraulic support as an example,combined with the working process of filling hydraulic support,a reasonable overall structural design scheme of filling hydraulic support is introduced.In this design scheme,various methods such as analogical analysis and theoretical calculation were introduced.After the design,finite element simulation analysis and top beam loading test methods were used to conduct feasibility analysis on the design scheme.Finally,it was confirmed that the overall structural design can meet the strength requirements of the filling hydraulic support.
