摘要
在井下矿采深度不断增加下,支架受高负载、潮湿环境等方面影响,容易出现较多故障,当应用传统的人工排查手段时,存在处理效率低等问题。为此,将基于支架电液系统的运行原理,从液压、电控方面整理支架电液系统的故障树模型。其次,分析不同故障下的故障自动诊断逻辑,提出适合液压支架的自动化故障诊断系统,并完善组成的状态采集、数据融合和决策单元。最后,对该诊断系统进行使用分析,能大幅度降低故障率和故障处理时间,利于保证井下支架应用的安全、可靠性。
Under the increasing depth of underground mining,the stent is affected by high load and humid environment,which is prone to more malfunctions,and when applying the traditional manual troubleshooting means,there are problems such as low processing efficiency.For this reason,based on the operation principle of the stent electro-hydraulic system,the fault tree model of the stent electro-hydraulic system will be organised from the hydraulic and electric control aspects.Secondly,the automatic fault diagnosis logic under different faults will be analysed,and an automated fault diagnosis system suitable for hydraulic stent will be proposed,and the composed state acquisition,data fusion and decision-making units will be perfected.Finally,the use of this diagnostic system is analysed,which can significantly reduce the failure rate and fault processing time,and is conducive to ensuring the safety and reliability of underground bracket application.
