摘要
针对现代液压支架故障诊断速率较低的问题,以ZY5600/28/56型液压支架为例,介绍一种液压支架故障诊断方法。该方法主要由三大步骤构成,采集到液压支架各方面运行数据后,利用因子分析的方式对数据降维处理,然后以此为基础,通过支持向量机算法对故障分类,利用贝叶斯网络算法诊断出故障的引发原因,以此为故障快速解决提供支持,具有一定应用价值。
Aiming at the problem of low rate of modern hydraulic bracket fault diagnosis,a hydraulic bracket fault diagnosis method is introduced with ZY5600/28/56 hydraulic bracket as an example.The method mainly consists of three major steps,after the collection of all aspects of the hydraulic bracket operation data,the use of factor analysis of the data to reduce the dimensional processing,and then based on this,through the support vector machine algorithm on the classification of faults,the use of Bayesian network algorithm to diagnose the causes of the faults,so as to provide support for the rapid solution to the faults,which has a certain application value.
