基于传统带式输送机机头清煤装置结构简单、自动化水平低、清煤效果差,带式输送机在运输煤矸时变形严重、故障率高,且滚筒煤泥附着量大,造成带式输送机出现跑偏撕带事故,严重制约着采掘工作面安全高效运输的问题,雪坪煤矿通过技术研究,对8204工作面DTL-120型带式输送机原清煤装置主要存在的问题进行分析,并根据运输现状进行合理优化改进,设计了一套具有清洗功能的新型清扫装置。分析了该清扫装置结构及工作原理,并通过现场实际应用效果来看,优化后的清扫装置故障率降低至5%以下,清煤效率提高至90%以上,减少设备维修费用达17.4万元,取得了显著应用成效。
