摘要
为进一步提升采煤机截割性能和生产的安全性,对摇臂壳体参数进行优化,提高其可靠性迫在眉睫。首先,根据采煤机截割部的生产参数及其工作面的生产要求计算得出在实际工况下采煤机截割部在X、Y和Z三个方向的载荷,基于此对对采煤机截割部开展有限元分析,掌握到采煤机摇臂耳座为其薄弱部位;然后分别基于疲劳分析以及装煤效果方法对肋板位置以及弯曲角度等参数进行优化,为后续采煤机截割部的优化奠定了理论基础。
In order to further improve the cutting performance and production safety of coal mining machine,it is urgent to optimize the parameters of rocker arm shell to improve its reliability.First of all,according to the production parameters of the cutting section of coal mining machine and its production requirements of the working face,the load of the cutting section of coal mining machine in the X,Y and Z directions is calculated under the actual working conditions,based on which the finite element analysis is carried out on the cutting section of the coal mining machine,and the weak part of the rocker arm ear seat is grasped;and then the optimization of the rib plate position and the bending angle is carried out based on the fatigue analysis and the method of the effect of coal loading,which is the best solution for the subsequent cutting section of coal mining machine.Then the parameters such as rib plate position and bending angle were optimized based on fatigue analysis and coal loading effect method,which laid a theoretical foundation for the optimization of the cut-off part of coal mining machine.
