摘要
基于煤矿悬臂式掘进机行走减速器基本结构特征,介绍一种适用于行走减速器温度场分析的仿真分析方法。此方法可实现煤矿悬臂式掘进机行走减速器稳态温度场分析以及温度场分布分析,进而获取更为精准有效的温度场分布结果。根据仿真分析结果,指出行走减速器温度过高的原因,进而提出行走减速器改进建议,最后将温度场仿真方法和行走减速器改进建议应用于工程实践,确认方法及建议均具有一定的应用价值。
Based on the basic structure characteristics of the travelling retarder of coal mine cantilever roadheader,a simulation analysis method suitable for the temperature field analysis of the travelling retarder is introduced.This method can realize steady-state temperature field analysis and temperature field distribution analysis of traveling reducer of coal mine cantilever type roadheader,so as to obtain more accurate and effective temperature field distribution results.According to the results of simulation analysis,the reasons for the high temperature of the traveling speed reducer are pointed out,and then the improvement suggestions of the traveling speed reducer are put forward.Finally,the temperature field simulation method and the improvement suggestions of the traveling speed reducer are applied to the engineering practice,and the confirmation method and suggestions have certain application value.
