摘要
煤炭生产与运输过程中,安全与效率是重要的两点问题,桥式转载机作为煤炭生产过程中的重要设备,近些年备受关注,由于其搭接不稳定导致生产效率较低,且存在安全隐患,因此基于对转载机工作原理与结构特征的分析设计了机尾保搭接段自调整装置,并使用UG建立三维模型,利用ANSYS进行有限元仿真,通过分析验证了溜槽优化方案,并确定了最佳位移参数,为提高生产现场的效率与安全性奠定了理论基础。
Coal production and transportation process,safety and efficiency are two important issues,the bridge type transfer machine as an important equipment in the coal production process,in recent years,much attention,due to its lap unstable lead to low productivity,and there are safety hazards,therefore,based on the working principle of the transfer machine and structural characteristics of the analysis of the end of the design to protect the lap section of the self-adjustment device,and the use of UG to establish a three-dimensional model,the use of ANSYS to carry out finite element simulation,through the analysis of the chute optimization scheme is verified,and the best displacement parameters are determined,which lays a theoretical foundation for improving the efficiency and safety of the production site.
