薄煤层采煤机双轴螺旋部件静力学与模态分析

摘要 以MZ110/235型采煤机为研究对象,介绍一种基于有限元分析的薄煤层采煤机双轴螺旋部件静力学与模态分析方法。将双轴螺旋部件规格尺寸、材料特性等相关参数添加到CREO软件内,由此构建出螺旋部件三维模型,并通过ANSYS软件划分网格与添加载荷后,自动对螺旋部件的静力学特性与模态特性进行分析,以此寻找出螺旋部件的薄弱点,为螺旋部件结构的优化设计提供支持,使整个采煤机更好地运行。 Taking MZ110/235 coal mining machine as an example,a method of static and modal analysis of biaxial spiral parts of thin coal seam mining machine based on finite element analysis is introduced.First of all,the specification size of the biaxial spiral parts,material properties and other related parameters are added to the CREO software,which constructs a three-dimensional model of the spiral parts,and automatically analyzes the static and modal characteristics of the spiral parts by dividing the mesh and adding the load through the ANSYS software in order to find out the weak points of the spiral parts,which will provide support for the optimization of the design of the spiral parts and make the whole coal mining machine operate better.Coal mining machine to run better.
