摘要
为进一步提升快速掘进工作面作业安全系数,实现按需供风,设计快速掘进工作面局部通风管控装置,对装置的组成结构、关键部件布置以及按需供风流程等进行了详尽的研究。通过多传感器实时监测工作面环境参数和运行状态参数,经控制器分析、计算后对局部通风机进行按需、智能变频调速。完成的试验分析结果表明,该局部通风管控装置能够实现按需供风,提升了快速掘进工作年作业安全系数,保障工作面安全、高效、快速掘进。
In order to further improve the safety factor of fast driving face and realize the demand for air supply,the local ventilation control device of fast driving face is designed.The composition structure,key component layout and demand air supply process of the device are studied in detail.Multi-sensor real-time monitoring of the working surface environment parameters and operating state parameters,after the controller analysis and calculation of the local fan according to demand,intelligent frequency control.The experimental analysis results show that the local ventilation control device can supply air on demand,improve the annual operating safety factor of fast driving work,and ensure the safety,high efficiency and fast driving of the working face.
