摘要
DM-1000/10(L)型膜分离制氮机采用加热器进行温度调节,存在自动调节能力差、温度控制精度不高等问题。在PLC技术和PID算法基础上设计了一种制氮机温度控制装置系统,可实现温度的精确控制。实践应用结果表明:应用制氮机温度控制装置系统后,提高了制氮速度、制氮质量、制氮的稳定性,节能降耗效果较好。
DM-1000/10(L)membrane separation nitrogen generator adopts heater for temperature adjustment,which has the problems of poor automatic adjustment ability and low temperature control precision.On the basis of PLC technology and PID algorithm,a nitrogen generator temperature control device system is designed,which can realise the precise control of temperature.The results of practical application show that the application of the nitrogen generator temperature control device system improves the nitrogen production speed,nitrogen production quality,nitrogen production stability,and energy saving and consumption reduction effect.
