变频器在矿井带式输送机智能控制系统中的应用

摘要 针对传统煤矿带式输送机不能根据煤流量实时调节运行速度、即使空载也全速运转造成能源浪费的问题,结合PLC以及变频器控制技术,设计并开发了一种变频调速控制系统,有效解决了带式输送机能源浪费问题。经过现场试验表明,带式输送机使用该控制系统后较恒速运行时电能消耗降低了17.5%,实现了矿井带式输送机节能降耗、经济运行的目标。 Aiming at the traditional coal mine belt conveyor can not adjust the running speed according to the coal flow in real time,even if no-load full-speed operation caused by the waste of energy,combined with the PLC and frequency converter control technology,design and development of a frequency control system,an effective solution to the problem of waste of energy belt conveyor.The field test shows that the belt conveyor uses this control system to reduce the power consumption by 17.5%compared with the constant speed operation,which realizes the goal of energy saving and economic operation of the belt conveyor in the mine.
