摘要
随着快速掘进系统装备在矿井下应用,掘进工作面工作强度不断增大,为了满足快速掘进系统的物料供给,结合单轨吊辅助运输系统在巷道运输方面的优势,以铜川矿业公司玉华煤矿为研究对象,开展了单轨吊和快速掘进系统的融合技术研究,解决了快速掘进系统工作面物料运输难、工作强度大等工程难题,实现高效、安全、快速巷道掘进作业。
With the application of rapid boring system equipment in the mine,the working intensity of the boring face is increasing,in order to meet the material supply of the rapid boring system,combined with the advantages of the monorail crane auxiliary transport system in the roadway transport,Tongchuan Mining Company's Yuhua Coal Mine as the object of the study,carried out the integration of monorail crane and the rapid boring system technology research,to solve the rapid boring system of the working face of the difficult transport of materials,high intensity and other engineering problems,to achieve high efficiency,high efficiency and high quality,and to ensure that the working face of the rapid boring system is not only difficult to transport materials,but also to achieve high efficiency.It solves the engineering problems such as difficult transport of materials in the working face of rapid roadheading system and high intensity of work,and realises efficient,safe and rapid roadheading operation.
