摘要
本研究围绕甘肃省景泰川电力提灌工程中的中小型泵站冬季施工的关键保温技术进行探讨。通过深入分析土方施工、混凝土施工、浆砌石施工和钢筋施工等不同阶段的冬季保温关键技术,提出了相应的保温措施和方法。实践表明,选用适宜的保温材料,采取有效的施工技术和管理措施,能显著提高冬季施工效率和工程质量。同时,针对保温材料适应性、能耗与环境控制、冬季施工安全管理等问题,提出了切实可行的解决方案,为类似工程提供了重要参考。
This study explores the key insulation technology for winter construction of small and medium-sized pumping stations in the Jingtaichuan Electric Power Irrigation Project in Gansu Province.Through in-depth analysis of key winter insulation technologies in different stages such as earthwork construction,concrete construction,masonry construction,and steel reinforcement construction,corresponding insulation measures and methods have been proposed.Practice has shown that selecting suitable insulation materials and adopting effective construction techniques and management measures can significantly improve winter construction efficiency and engineering quality.At the same time,practical and feasible solutions have been proposed for issues such as adaptability of insulation materials,energy consumption and environmental control,and winter construction safety management,providing important references for similar projects.
