六西格玛作为一套先进、有效的改进体系,通过大量的数据作为基础,运用科学的统计软件及方法分析,并且通过D(定义)——M(测量)——A(分析)——I(改善)——C(控制)的严谨循环过程,帮助企业达到提高产品质量的目的。本文主要应用六西格玛DMAIC模式,论述在光缆制造行业中改善产品质量的方式,探讨六西格玛流程的先进性和实用性。
Six Sigma is a set of advanced and effective improvement system. Based on a large amount of data, it uses scientific statistical software and method analysis, and passes D (definition)-M (measurement)-A (analysis)-I (improvement)-C (Controlled) rigorous recycling process helps the enterprise to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of its products. This article mainly applies the Six Sigma DMAIC mode, discusses ways to improve product quality in the fiber optic cable manufacturing industry, and discusses the advanced and practical aspects of Six Sigma processes.
