摘要
学生成绩是教师教学和学生学习的最直接的反馈,也是关乎高等院校教学质量的重要依据。高等院校成绩管理具有复杂性、系统性,且要求其具备及时准确的特征,成绩管理中存在服务意识不清晰、服务态度被动、成绩问题处理欠规范等问题。从高等院校成绩管理的特性、成绩管理相关人员的思想认同、相关建议等三个方面,分析探讨成绩管理人员如何及时、有效、准确地处理成绩问题,提出完善并宣传与成绩管理相关的规章制度、按章规范办事等一些建议。
Students’test score is the most direct reflection of teachers’teaching and students’learning,and is also an important evidence of the teaching quality in colleges and universities.Grade management in colleges and universities is complex and systematic.At the same time,performance management needs to be timely and accurate.There are some problems in grade management,such as unclear service consciousness,passive service attitude and unstandardized treatment of grade problems.This paper expounds the characteristics of the performance management in colleges and universities,the thought identification of the relevant Performance manager and some suggestions.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and discuss how to deal with the problem of performance management in time,effectively and accurately,and put forward some suggestions to improve and publicize the rules and regulations related to performance management,and to act according to the rules and regulations.
