Research on Interdisciplinary Training of First-Class New Agricultural Science Talents under the Background of“Intelligent+”

结合畜牧兽医行业“智慧化”发展的趋势,分析了跨学科培养新农科人才的必要性,以及在行业重大问题的解决、重大科技成果的形成和创新型人才的培养等方面的意义。探索了“智慧+”背景下跨学科培养人才的路径,指出必须从跨学科培养人才理念的认识、专业培养方案的设计、师资的配备、管理制度的完善等方面进行改革,强调要打破高校院系专业之间固有的学科界限,统筹协调和充分利用全校的教学资源和师资力量,以加快跨学科培养人才的步伐,适应当前全社会“智慧化”发展的需求,推动科学不断创新和社会快速发展。

Combined with the trend of“intelligent”development of the animal husbandry and veterinary industry,this paper analyzed the necessity of interdisciplinary training“new agricultural science”talents,as well as the significance of solving major problems in the industry,forming major scientific and technological achievements and cultivating innovative talents.This paper also explored the path of interdisciplinary training of talents under the background of“Intelligent+”,and pointed out that reforms must be carried out in the aspects of understanding the concept of interdisciplinary training of talents,design of professional training program,allocation of teachers,and improvement of management system.It emphasized that the fixed disciplinary boundaries between colleges and departments of colleges and universities should be broken,and the teaching resources and teachers of the whole university should be coordinated and fully utilized to speed up the pace of interdisciplinary training of talents.It would be the needs of the current“intelligent”development of the whole society,and promoted continuous scientific innovation and rapid social development.
