The importance of ideological and political education in environmental science curriculum cannot be ignored.In order to better achieve the goals of ideological and political education,this paper explores the reform measures and practices of Curriculum Ideology and Politics in the course Introduction to Environmental Science.Firstly,the ideological and political education objectives of this course are formulated.Then,ideological and political elements are discovered and various teaching methods are adopted to integrate ideological and political education into the curriculum,fully tapping into the educational function of ideological and political education in the course.This guidance helps students develop a correct worldview,outlook on life,and values,and cultivates their environmental awareness and sense of environmental responsibility,and enables them to become professionals with environmental consciousness and social responsibility.
