摘要
数字时代背景下,推动高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业人才培养模式改革,既是响应数字中国建设战略、对接酒店产业转型升级的需要,也是增强专业核心竞争力的必由之路。教师数字化能力不足、数字化实训条件有限、产教融合深度不够、数字化转型动力不足等是高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业人才培养模式改革面临的现实困境。为对接酒店产业数字化发展需要,调整人才培养目标、重构课程体系、提升教师数字化素养、完善数字化实训条件、创新教学方法、改革评价方式等是高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业人才培养模式改革的路径。
In the context of the digital era,promoting the reform of vocational hotel management and digital operation professional talent training mode is not only a response to the construction strategy of digital China,docking the needs of the transformation and upgrading of the hotel industry,but also the only way to enhance the professional core competitiveness.Lack of teachers’digital ability,limited digital training conditions,insufficient integration of production and education,and insufficient motivation for digital transformation are the realistic difficulties faced by the reform of hotel management and digital operation professional personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,to meet the needs of the digital development of the hotel industry,adjust personnel training objectives,restructure the curriculum system,improve teachers’digital literacy,improve digital training conditions,innovate teaching methods,and reform evaluation methods are the paths to reform the training mode of hotel management and digital operation professionals in higher vocational colleges.
