基于教研转型的本科生创新能力培养的探索

摘要 建设教育强国的时代要求成为高等教育改革和发展的核心内容,本科生作为高质量创新人才的培养主体,注重提高学生自主创新能力,不仅关系到学生的个人发展,还是高校本科生教育高质量发展的重要要求。通过分析本科生创新能力培养的现状及存在的不足,从高校教研在教研形态、教研组织方式和教研机制三方面的数字化转型对本科生自主创新能力培养模式进行探讨,培养适应科技发展和经济建设需要的高水平创新型的人才,以期提高本科生教育质量。 The requirement of building a powerful education country has become the core content of higher education reform and development.As the main body of training high-quality innovative talents,undergraduates pay attention to improving students’independent innovation ability,which is not only related to students’personal development,but also an important requirement for the high-quality development of undergraduate education in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the cultivation of undergraduates’innovative ability,discusses the cultivation mode of undergraduates’independent innovation ability from the three aspects of the digital transformation of college teaching and research in teaching and research form,teaching and research organization mode and teaching and research mechanism,and cultivates high-level innovative talents to meet the needs of scientific and technological development and economic construction,so as to improve the quality of undergraduate education.
