摘要
以江苏理工学院“金工实习”课程为研究对象,阐述了将以激光加工为代表的先进制造技术纳入“金工实习”实践教学体系中的课程建设及实施效果。根据不同的人才培养需求构建了“认知—加工—创新制作”三种不同的课程内容,满足不同专业、不同层次学生的培养需求,契合工程实践教育改革发展方向。通过该教学模式,能够开阔学生视野,锻炼学生创新设计和工程实践能力,对推动先进制造技术融入高等学校实践教学体系具有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking the Metalworking Practice course of Jiangsu University of Technology as the research object,this paper elaborates on the course construction and implementation effect of incorporating advanced manufacturing technology represented by laser processing into the practical teaching system of Metalworking Practice.Three different course contents,namely“cognition-processing-innovation production”,have been constructed based on different talent cultivation needs to meet the training needs of students from different majors and levels,in line with the direction of engineering practice education reform and development.Through this teaching mode,students can broaden their horizons and exercise their innovative design and engineering practice abilities.It has certain reference significance for promoting the integration of advanced manufacturing technology into the practical teaching system of higher education institutions.
