BOPPPS教学模式在中医儿科临床教学中的应用

摘要 探讨BOPPPS教学模式在广西中医药大学中医学五年制本科生儿科临床实践教学中的应用效果。选取2021年6月至2022年6月在广西中医药大学附属国际壮医医院儿科实习的100名中医学专业本科生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50名。对照组采用传统的讲授式授课教学模式,观察组采用BOPPPS教学模式。比较两组学生的出科理论知识、临床技能操作、病例分析、病历书测评成绩、教学的问卷调查结果和学生学习满意度。观察组出科理论知识、临床技能操作、病例分析、病历书测评成绩明显高于对照组(p<0.05);问卷结果显示观察组明显优于对照组(p<0.05);观察组总体教学满意度为96.00%,明显高于对照组的76.00%(p<0.05)。将BOPPPS教学模式应用在中医学五年制本科生临床中医儿科教学中,有助于提高学生的综合能力和教学质量,值得中医儿科临床教学借鉴。 To explore the application effect of BOPPPS teaching mode in pediatric clinical practice teaching of five-year undergraduate students of traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,a total of 100 undergraduate students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine who practiced in the pediatrics department of International Zhuang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the BOPPPS teaching mode.The two groups of students were compared in terms of their theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,case analysis,assessment results of medical records,teaching questionnaire results and students’learning satisfaction.The scores of theoretical knowledge,clinical skill operation,case analysis and medical record evaluation in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(p<0.05).The results showed that the observation group was significantly better than the control group(p<0.05).The overall teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.00%(p<0.05).The application of BOPPPS teaching mode in pediatric clinical teaching of TCM is helpful to improve students’comprehensive ability and teaching quality,which is worthy of reference in pediatric clinical teaching of TCM.
