基于智能制造的数控系统置换升级优化

摘要 采用SINUMERIK808D系统置换原HNC-22M数控系统,首先制定总体置换升级优化改造方案,对机床数控系统控制重新铺设线路,完成数控系统与机床硬件的连接;在数控系统与伺服驱动器间增加光电耦合器电路,使系统输入输出端口电平和信号匹配,联通系统与驱动器间通信;设置机床伺服系统参数,匹配伺服与驱动器,完成位置反馈、主轴位置控制等参数设定;增加刀库,实现机床自动换刀功能;调整机床反向间隙并修改系统补偿参数,减少反向误差,提高机床的加工精度。最后对改造完成后的机床进行样件试切,加工完成后样件采用三坐标测量仪进行检测,试切样件各项尺寸公差检测数据均合格,置换新系统后的机床各项加工性能达到生产要求,实现预期改造目标。 The SINUMERIK808D system is used to replace the original HNC-22M numerical control system,first of all,the overall replacement,upgrading,optimization and transformation plan is formulated,the control of the CNC system of the machine tool is rewritten,the connection between the CNC system and the machine tool hardware is completed.An optocoupler circuit is added between the CNC system and the servo drive,to match the level of the system input and output ports to the signal,and to connect the communication between the unicom system and the driver.The parameters of the machine servo system are set,matching servos with drives,to complete location feedbackd and to spindle position control settings,etc.Increasing the tool magazine to realize the automatic tool change function of the machine tool.The backlash of the machine tool and modify the system compensation parameters is adjusted to reduce the reverse error and improve the machining accuracy of the machine tool.Finally,the sample is tested-cut,the sample is tested by the three-coordinate measuring instrument after the processing is completed,the size tolerance test data of the test-cut sample is qualified,and the processing performance of the machine tool after replacing the new system meets the production requirements and achieves the expected transformation goal.
