基于NX MCD的Tray盘供料装置设计与控制研究

摘要 随着智能制造技术的迅猛发展,传统制造业正面临着数字化转型和自动化升级的双重挑战。为了克服自动化生产线开发过程中存在的周期长、效率低等问题,设计了一种新型的Tray盘供料装置,首先构建了其三维数字化模型,介绍了其功能结构,设计其工作流程,然后通过NX MCD平台创建了包括刚体、碰撞体、传输面等的基本机电对象,设置了运动副、约束、传感器和执行器等,构建了其数字孪生模型。使用TIA Portal平台设计了包括PLC程序和HMI人机界面的电气控制系统。最后通过PLCSIM Advanced搭建了软件在环虚拟调试系统,实现了该装置的仿真与虚拟调试,为后续样机的制作和控制系统的开发提供了依据。结果表明该方法可以将机械、电气进行并行协作式开发,减少现场调试时间,提高开发效率,为自动化生产线的开发提供了实际参考。 With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology,the traditional manufacturing industry is facing the dual challenges of digital transformation and automation upgrading.In order to overcome the long cycle and low efficiency in the development process of automated production lines,a new tray feeding device is designed.Firstly,its three-dimensional digital model is constructed,its functional structure is introduced,and its workflow is designed.Then,basic electromechanical objects including rigid bodies,collision bodies,and transmission surfaces are created through the NX MCD platform.Motion pairs,constraints,sensors,actuators,etc.,are set up to build its digital twin model.The TIA Portal platform is used to design the electrical control system,including PLC programs and HMI human-machine interfaces.Finally,a software-in-the-loop virtual debugging system is built through PLCSIM Advanced to realize the simulation and virtual debugging of the device,providing a basis for the subsequent production of prototypes and the development of control systems.The results show that the use of this method can enable parallel collaborative development of machinery and electricity,reduce on-site debugging time,improve development efficiency,and provide practical references for the development of automated production lines.
